Mantra is a holy phase a spiritual practice that has lots of benefits. The word Mantra can break into two terms one is “man” which means mind another is “tra” which means release. When we do mantra chanting there is some vibration come which helps us to focus on our thoughts. The phases of the Mantra are mostly written in the Sanskrit language. Mantra is a phase word or syllabus which you repeat during meditation. In another word, we can say a mantra is a word, phrase, or sound which put us consciousness through meaning, tone, rhythm, or physical vibration. When we do chanting it creates powerful vibrations within the body and mind, enabling deep states of meditation.

Our heart starts pumping more blood from the brain down towards the digestive tract, providing our gut with more oxygen and nutrients. Acidity in our stomach reaches the optimal level and gives us healthy digestion and speeds up our metabolism. It also increases our immunity, which helps us to fight off infections.
