How Do Concentration Meditation

  


There are three types of meditation practice for concentration meditation following are the name concentration, open awareness, and guided. The main goal of concentration meditation is to develop the attention of your mind on a single object you have to focus on an object and you can so focus on the inhalation and exhalation of your breath, the flame of a candle, or a mantra. Mantra is a holy phase that is used for chanting is also increases our concentration it helps us don’t distract from other things. How we practice concentration increasing meditation

 

First, you have to sit in a very calm and silent place where no one comes to disturb you while you are doing your practice. some people like to sit in a corner of a room in the house where nobody comes to disturb them they generally do this practice in the early morning because at that time there is a very peaceful silence in the nature which help in doing the meditation practice. Some do this practice in parks, gardens do this in the presence of nature. some people also do meditation at the night after coming back from the office because meditation releases the stress of the office from them and fills them with positive energy which helps them to sleep easily. Try to do meditation at the same place because it increases  your ability to concentrate

 

When you are doing meditation please sit properly if you feel dis comfortable then it will distract you so sit comfortably you can sit on a chair or on the ground with a cushion. The clothes which you wear should be comfortable and not wearing those clothes which gather behind the knees when you sit is not recommended.

 

In starting your mind and body is not trained for meditation sessions so first, you have to train them don’t do long meditation session in the beginning. When you start the practice of meditation set a timer don’t use a clock because when you use the clock you have to check it which will distract you so set a timer so there is no distraction problem in it. In starting one week do 10-minute meditation then next week increase it by 5 minutes, next time increase it by 10 minutes this way you’re mind-body gets trained in meditation. There are lots of meditation timer apps you can also use those apps by installing them on your mobile.

During meditation time you can choose you to have to open your eyes or close them. This will totally depend on you how you do this practice. You also keep your eyes partially open without being entirely focused.

Some we are focusing on our breath and suddenly we get distracted that time we get frustrated that we are not able to get the attention. So, that time don’t get frustrated just try to redirect your attention. when you are concentrating on breathing then also count it like when one inhales and exhales completely then it is one then the same process follows till the 10 breath. Keep your full focus on counting to deepen your concentration meditation.

Second, how to position your body best position is a standing position you can do this it will help you get free from the distraction of physical ailments, sometimes we feel that one's legs "fall asleep".
